Sitting around the dinner having hams and yams Alicia scrapes the remaining remnants off her plate and on to Ryan's (who avoided dinner in hopes of figuring out the television so he could continue watching his beloved Dora).
Alicia: (as she's now licking her plate) yum sugar!
Mommy: but you don't need more sugar... you know what everyone says, "Girl's are nice made of sugar and spice" I can't remember what boys were supposed to be made of
Alicia: (quite self assured to the point of it having been a boring question that of course I should have known) Boys are made of spoons....
Well there you have it boys are made of spoons... umm... do I get to pass that one along to her husband?
That explains it all...surely boys would have no success scooping up sugar, if they were made of forks =)
